7-Day Return Window

We take pride in our formulations. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging, sealed, and unused (hygiene guidelines apply for wellness products).
A digital invoice copy or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refund Dispatch

Once your returned item is received at our facility and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment mode (or bank account for COD orders) within 5 to 7 business days.
